This is one of LSH’s favourite meals, and came about as an adaption of a Nigella Lawson recipe. In her recipe you can use either chicken thighs, or haloumi cheese, I have done both of those, and they work well, but we like this version. It is also suitable for vegetarians, and is gluten free, we use sheeps feta […]READ MORE

Welcome to my Friday’s Rants from the Soap Box in my Living Room. I also linked up with MummyBarrow for her Ranty Friday. You can find […]READ MORE

This week, I am writing about our visit to the Tate Britain, for Tuesday’s reviews! (Big girl outside the Tate, waiting for Aunty Jill to arrive) We visited the Tate Britain, in London, last week. I have written some basics on our sleep story, and our battle with Small Boy’s sleep issues, and struggling with sleep deprivation over the last 2 years, here and here. Welcome to the Mad House. I originally started this blog, in a blur of sleep deprivation, to get my thoughts and feelings down somewhere, on parenting, second time round, with a baby that had major sleep issues (and not just normal ones) but it has grown and grown. We are now well into our fifth year at the Mad House and you will find blog posts on anything from gardening, to politics, with lots of ramblings on parenting, and also about living with food intolerances. I blog about cows milk and gluten free cooking too.
