  1. Well, I’ve started to take Vit D, as I have SAD so I need this – and it boosts my immune system. But the main thing I do is have a daily hot lemon and honey. The lemon is freshly squeezed, and the honey is ‘raw’ honey (hasn’t been treated etc). I swear it keeps the colds at bay.

    I usually eat well, excercise regularly, get plenty of fresh air and take vitamin D. It’s not been enough for me this year.

    I make sure that I supplement Vitamin D and Folic Acid and try to take regular probiotics.

    Eat fruit and vegetables of the season. Drink plentyof water. Avoid caffeine and sugar.

    Keep active eat healthy fresh air as much as possible

    Eat a balanced diet with whole foods, get plenty of vitamin C, drink plenty of water, get 7 to 8 hours of sleep a day, exercise and soak up some sun.
