Having a baby starts with, for most people, a level of planning before you actually conceive.     you can loose weight after giving birth in a few weeks time… no, while I was breastfeeding, I was always hungry, so loosing weight was not tat easy

    Having to avoid exercise is a myth. Women can exercise with moderation throughout their pregnancy.

    That pregnant women should stay away from fish, actually Omega 3 rich foods are really good for the baby .x
