My Wild Ones – Every puddle must be jumped in…

Spread the love
I have a six year old boy, who loves jumping in puddles. Any kind of puddle. It can be a small one or a big one. He doesn’t care. He loves it. I can’t say I blame him. I love puddles too, and have been known to jump in one, occasionally when I don’t think anyone is looking.
Puddles shall not be resisted. We must check them out, and then test how deep they are. Thankfully, most of the time we are wearing our wellington boots, but sometimes we are so determined to make a big splash that water goes above our boots and splashes inside them and we get our socks wet, then we complain loudly to Mummy. Thankfully Mummy knows her son well, and carries spare dry socks in her handbag or about her person, always. πŸ˜‰
