I’m in hand made marshmallow heaven… (And a little giveaway)

Spread the love

I’ll tell you a secret. I don’t like marshmallow. Ok, that’s not entirely correct, I don’t like the chewy stuff you get in packets in the shop. I do however LOVE hand made marshmallow and will always be tempted if that’s on offer. Proper, melt in the mouth, a perfect balance of sweet & sticky, I’m sold! Marshmallows are also a lovely treat that people with food intolerances to wheat/gluten/dairy can eat. My gluten and dairy intolerant husband will happily devour a marshmallow or two.

I came across a company that not only makes hand made marshmallow in some amazing flavours, but they post them too.  I haven’t found anywhere local that sells freshly made marshmallow so I was quite excited by my find.

Cookies & Fluff, my dear readers, is where you want to go, if freshly made marshmallow is something you have a craving for.

It’s very simple. You choose from a selection of current flavours, on their menu, and order your marshmallows. A couple of days later, a box with beautifully presented, soft, fresh marshmallows arrives in the post. All you have to do is try not to eat them in one go. (I had to hide them, so we didn’t, we have NO self control here!) we’ve tried their lemon meringue, Oreo cookie, and jammy dodger flavours. I like the Oreo cookies, the children opted for jammy dodger and LSH chose the lemon meringue. They change flavours, regularly and add new & exciting options to tempt you.

These would make an amazing alternative to chocolates on Valentine’s Day, or as a special treat for someone, when you want to get something a bit different, or for yourself.

I’m slightly hooked, and have asked LSH for a subscription to their monthly mallow subscription box, for MY Valentine’s Day treat.

We are delighted to offer a special giveaway so you can try these gorgeous treats. One reader will get a box of their choice of flavour marshmallows, posted to them.

All you have to do is share what your ideal flavour mixed with marshmallow would be, in the comments, then pop along to Rafflecopter via the link and complete the entry requirements. One winner will be chosen on the 20th February and can choose from the current flavours on their site to have a box delivered to them.
