I must apologise for being slack on the Get Fit Mummy front, this week has been a bit crazy. LSH has been very unwell, with what is now a chest infection, and I have been trying to keep life running, look after the children, and also be up with him at night, when he was unwell, with a high fever or wheezing and needing meds. He is slowly coming round and on the mend, and I will be glad to have him back to normal. I am pretty tired, and to be honest, I have not eaten well this week, more carbs than I would like, the occasional biscuit and sweetened coffee, when I was tired, and I even had a drink of cola today, my first in 3 months. It was good, but I feel pretty grotty this week, now, my skin is flaring, my joints are sore, and I feel all sluggish and blah, so back to normal and my healthier eating regime tomorrow, and I also haven’t weighed myself this week, either. Denial, denial, denial. Exercise has been limited, although I did jog round the hospital this morning, to go and find change for the parking machine, I wonder if that counts?
