Yes, I eat marmalade with my sausages, it’s an odd but quite tasty habit I have. I blame it on eating boarding school food during my childhood!

Thanks. I went to boarding school, and the sausages they served us were pretty awful, only tolerable if smothered in marmalade (I don’t actually like ketchup or mustard much) and it’s now a habit of mine. I thought it was a bit odd, but I clearly am not alone!
well that’s a combination our humans haven’t tried yet. but she just isn’t a marmalade person to begin with.

our store sells bacon marmalade so this doesn’t seem strange to me at all.

My husband likes sweet chilli sauce on everything too!
It has to be a bittersweet marmalade, not too sweet, or it doesn’t work. I’ve spent over 30 years perfecting the art of sausages and marmalade!
